About Create Success Seminars and Wes Hopper...........
Create Success Seminars was formed as a national sales training and personal development company by Wes Hopper to carry the messages of success to an ever wider audience. Headquartered in Lakeside, Arizona, CSS reaches across North America with both live and teleconference seminars designed to teach clearly these principles of business and personal success.
Our goal is to show everyone how to discover and follow their dream, build their business and achieve the success they desire.
INTERNATIONAL MARKETING
Wes has an engineering degree and a long career in high technology companies, serving in engineering, marketing and management positions. His marketing assignments took him to more than 25 countries around the world, giving technical presentations. "I realized that what I was doing was as much teaching as marketing," he remembers, "and I figured out that the teaching was what I really enjoyed."
Like many of us, Wes was pleased that he had figured out what he really wanted to do, but unsure of how to turn that into a career. "I wanted to teach, but I knew that I was not a schoolteacher. I didn't know what to teach," he says, "so my dream stayed on the back burner."
However, Wes has always had a deep interest in the workings of the mind and the secrets of success. In pursuit of knowledge in these areas he had taken workshops, read books and listened to tapes for more than 25 years, seeking out people who seemed to know something about human behavior. No one seemed to have all the answers to the puzzle, until the day he got one more package of tapes in the mail.
A FORTUNATE "COINCIDENCE" BROUGHT THE ANSWER
"I had been a student of Jay Abraham's marketing ideas for several years, and one of Jay's special offers was a complete tape set from some guy named Bob Proctor. I'd never heard of him, but Jay said he was terrific, and that was enough for me," Wes says, "I forked over a fair amount of money, and this big box of audio and video tapes showed up. I didn't know where to start!"
Wes and his wife, Sandy, started listening to the tapes in their cars. They watched the "Born Rich" videos. And things started to change for them both. "The more we listened, the more we realized why we had been getting the results in our life that we had. We could see why we hadn't been able to really change in the past, and we saw how we could really change now. And, boy, did we change!"
FOLLOW THE DREAM
Both Wes and Sandy made the commitment to step out and follow their dreams, even though it meant scary career changes for them both. "I finally knew what I wanted to teach," Wes says, "I wanted to teach the success principles and I wanted to start with Bob's material. Of course, I didn't know Bob or even how to find him, but I just followed the process that Bob teaches in all the seminars about how to turn a 'burning desire' into reality, and it worked! In less than one month I had not only met Bob, but was accepted into facilitator training."
Since completing the training, Wes Hopper has been successfully teaching both Bob's material and new seminars of his own in both live programs and via teleconferences. "I'm finally doing what I really love," he says, "and my biggest thrill is showing other people how they can do the same."
Since then Wes has had the opportunity to meet with an incredible variety of well-known speakers and trainers who share the same vision of making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Mark Victor Hansen of "Chicken Soup" fame is one of the people who have inspired Wes in his work. Mark's vision of creating a million millionaires by teaching the principles of success raises the bar pretty high for goal setting!
Australian singer/songwriter Michelle Blood has pioneered the concept of using powerful music to change belief systems. Her Musivation recordings and live performances have been a feature of the seminars of many of the world's top success trainers, including Bob Proctor.
