Special Announcement
You absolutely gotta go see the movie of the
year, "What the Bleep Do We Know?"
It's the most fun I've had a movie in a long time.
It mixes computer graphics, interviews and drama,
with Marlee Matlin playing an embittered divorcee who
discovers how her thinking affects her body and her life.
You'll laugh hard, and talk about it for weeks. It's going
into nationwide distribution this month.

Lead Article
"Einstein Should'a Played Baseball"
Read this article carefully.because I'm going to
tip you off to a secret that will give you an unfair
competitive advantage - in your business, your
relationships and everything else. I've carefully
camouflaged this secret in an article that seems
to be about science.
This next year marks the 100th anniversary of the
publication of Albert Einstein's famous papers on light
and relativity. The entire September issue of Discover
magazine is devoted to a fascinating review of how
Einstein changed our view of the universe.
You might wonder what that has to do with you. After
all, you probably subscribe to Create Success to
build your business, make more money, find more
satisfaction in life. So why Einstein?
Well, Einstein tripped on one of the great laws of this
universe, the secret that makes it possible for you to
have anything you want. He didn't "get it", and he
didn't like it. He spent most of his professional career
looking for another answer.
He failed. He never found a better answer.
You see, scientists went digging into matter to
find the building blocks. Everything went as
expected until they got to the subatomic level,
and there instead of smaller bricks they found a
weird world of waves and particles - energy moving
in and out of form.
Even worse, from Einstein's viewpoint, they found
that things only existed as possibilities! They could
be this, or they could be that, and you never knew
what the answer was until somebody looked. In other
words, the presence of consciousness and/or intention
produced the result.
A magazine article on physics from last year was
entitled, "Does the Universe exist if we're not looking?"
This was a serious question, too, not a joke, at least
among the physicists they interviewed.
Einstein didn't like this ( and there are plenty of
other scientists that don't like it, either.) They are
more comfortable with a clockwork universe - tick,
tock - than one actually influenced by people. How
do you put people into an equation?
That's why I titled this article, "Einstein Should'a
Played Baseball." Think about it - the batter steps
up to the plate, the pitcher winds up and hurls the
ball - smack! - into the catcher's mitt. But wait, is
is a ball or a strike? It's neither, it's just a possibility,
until the ump calls it.
If Einstein had seen the baseball metaphor, he would
have realized that the universe was not random or
disorderly. Quite the contrary, the universe is totally
orderly, once you put the umpire in the equation.
Have you figured out the secret yet? I'm talking about
the one that Earl Nightingale called "The Strangest
Secret", the one that Napoleon Hill called his "hidden
secret" in "Think and Grow Rich". Every effective success
system is based on this law, and if you learn how to use
it, you'll be miles ahead of everyone else.
Have you figured out who the umpire is? That's us, folks.
We make the call, all day, every day, with our thinking!
We become what we think about. What we put our
thought energy into, grows. What we believe and expect,
we get.
This is why the goals process we teach works. This is
why the detailed creative process in "Science of
Getting Rich" works. This is why there are no
coincidences and no accidents in your life.
Famous physicist Stephen Hawking made this
observation: "The whole history of science has
been the gradual realization that events do not
happen in an arbitrary manner, but that they
reflect a certain underlying order, which may
or may not be divinely inspired."
As James Allen said, "Our environment is but our
looking glass." The world reflects our persistent
thinking back to us, thanks to the mysterious
quantum behavior that so annoyed Einstein.
Only a very, very small number of people are aware
of this secret. Fewer still understand and apply it
consistently. If you use it, people will comment on
how "lucky" you are, how you get all the breaks.
Don't correct them. Don't explain that luck had nothing
to do with it. Just smile and keep winning.
Write your goals, keep your thinking on what you
want, expect the best and nothing else. You're the
ump. Make the call. It's your life and you can laugh
all the way to the bank.

Article #2 - Mind Matters - Imagine
No, we're not talking about John Lennon's song, much
as I like it. We're talking about the most powerful and
important of our 6 intellectual factors - imagination! It ties
back to our lead article on Einstein, because all of his
breakthrough discoveries were made with imagination.
Einstein was famous for thought experiments in which he
posed a question and then imagined the answer. One of
his most famous involved asking, "If I were riding a bicycle
at almost the speed of light and looking in a mirror, what
would I see?" The answer to that question led eventually to
the special theory of relativity.
We point out in all our seminars that we have the option of
accepting ideas from an outside source (other people, the
news) or of originating ideas in our own mind. Most people
take the easy route and get their ideas and beliefs from
others. "Gee, honey, what do I think about that?" The few,
like Einstein, who actually go within for answers, are looked
upon as special, or weird.
There's a special power in imagination. You'll find a clue
in this quote from one of Einstein's biographers. Referring
to Einstein's famous paper on relativity, he said that the
paper was "strangely free of footnotes or references, as
if the inspiration had indeed come, if not from God, from
some otherworldly source."
What source could that be? Well, if you remember your
list of intellectual factors, there is one that is closely
linked to imagination, and that is intuition. Intuition is the
power to draw on the infinite knowledge of "The Field",
"Universal Intelligence", "Infinite Mind", the "formless stuff"
or God. Pick your favorite label.
When we ask a question in our imagination, we are
asking the universe for an answer. The answer will
come in the imaging power of our mind, our imagination,
if we hold our focus and concentrate, expecting
an answer. It may take a while, but persistence pays.
Einstein was famous for being able to concentrate on
a problem for years. He asked big questions, persisted,
and got big answers.
Here's another tip that will catapult you ahead of the
conventional thinkers in your industry. Reason is often
incorrect, intuition is always correct! In our society,
reason is held up as king, but as Einstein shows us,
intuition trumps reason every time.
Learn to listen to your intuition. Employ your imagination
on your business questions, your problems, your
challenges. Ask questions, expect answers, and follow
your intuitive lead!
I can't begin to tell you how many times I've screwed up
by questioning what my intuition told me. "That doesn't
make any sense," I hear. "That's totally illogical." The
voice of reason sticks its two cents in and robs you of
the win.
If Einstein had listened to reason when his intuition
gave him the answer, the answer that the speed of
light was constant and it was time itself that slowed
down, he'd have stayed an anonymous patent clerk.
The answer was not logical, but it was true!
If you learn to use your intuition and imagination to build
your business, the sky's the limit! While everyone else
is "thinking it through", you can be leapfrogging them
all with the power of imagination!
